Key requirements for qualifying as a digital nomad in Spain
Non-EU Citizen
Must be a citizen of a country outside the European Union, European Economic Area, or Switzerland.
Remote Work
Must work remotely for companies outside of Spain or have a maximum of 20% of income from Spanish companies.
Income Requirement
Must earn at least 200% of the Spanish minimum wage (approximately €2,334 per month in 2023).
Qualifications

Prior Residency
